Cancellation Policy
Transfers or refunds are considered only in extenuating circumstances with at least 5 days' notice. No cancellation charge with 5+ days' notice; 50% at 48 hours; 100% at 24 hours or less. If the operator cancels for weather, an alternative date and time is offered and deposits are fully refunded.
