Important details

• All ages welcome.
• A 20% captain gratuity is customary and may be added. It is not included in the listed price and is settled directly with the captain whenever possible.
• You're responsible for equipment damaged intentionally or through negligence or misuse. Rods and reels lost overboard are charged at current retail replacement value.
• Complete and sign the electronic liability waiver before departure; boarding requires a completed waiver.
• Bring food, drinks, sunblock and any personal items you need.
• Do not use devices or apps to record, track or share the boat's location, routes or fishing spots. Prohibited tracking may result in the charter ending immediately.
• Follow the captain's safety and conduct instructions. Illegal drugs are prohibited; excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may end the charter.
• The captain decides whether conditions are safe and where and how to fish. A specific fishing style is not guaranteed; unsafe offshore conditions may mean an inshore, reef, wreck or bay alternative.
• Follow fishing regulations and the captain's decisions about releasing fish.
• Seasickness does not qualify for a shortened charter.
• Arrive 10 minutes before departure. Late arrival does not extend your scheduled charter.
