Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee: 50% more than 30 days before your trip; 100% within 30 days. Rescheduling is free more than 30 days ahead, subject to availability; within 30 days, a $200 fee applies. If the operator cancels or postpones for severe weather, mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, choose free rescheduling or a full refund within 15 business days.
