Cancellation Policy
Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancel at least 7 days prior to departure to reschedule or receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days, no-shows, and late arrivals are charged the full price.

Dress in layers and consider a windbreaker or warm layer (it can feel cooler and windier on the water). Bring sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses), wear soft-soled shoes, and pack a raincoat if you’d like. You can bring your own food and drinks; bring a cooler if you want to keep items cold. You can choose pickup in Saco or Biddeford. The default is Saco Pier when available. Biddeford pickup can save about 20 minutes of driving each way if you’re coming from the Kennebunks or Biddeford, and it has an additional fee shown during booking.
