Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancel 7 days prior to departure to reschedule or receive a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days, no-shows, or arriving after departure are charged the full price.

Yes. You can choose Saco or Biddeford. The default pickup location is the Saco Pier. Biddeford can save about 20 minutes of driving time each way if you’re coming from the Kennebunks or Biddeford, and it has an additional fee (shown during booking).
