- Gratuity is not included in the listed price. The customary range is 15–20% of the base charter rate.
- You are financially responsible for damage caused during your charter, including stains, and may be charged for repairs or replacement.
- Do not bring balloons, glitter, confetti, red wine, or other staining beverages onboard.
- Do not use self-tanning oils or bronzers onboard. Temporary hair dye and wigs are not allowed.
- Do not bring barbecue equipment, hookahs, shisha, or open-flame items, including gas, propane, or charcoal.
- Routes, destinations, and charter duration are subject to weather, maritime regulations, and the captain's discretion. The captain determines whether conditions are safe to proceed.
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may reduce your charter time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are 50% more than 30 days before departure and 100% within 30 days. Rescheduling is free more than 30 days ahead, subject to availability; within 30 days, a $200 fee applies. If the operator cancels for severe weather, mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose free rescheduling or a full refund within 15 business days.

Yes. You can bring your own food and non-staining drinks, including alcohol, aboard the yacht. Red wine and other staining beverages are prohibited.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, swimsuits, and towels. Avoid denim or jeans, especially when wet, because the dye can stain the upholstery.
