- Gratuity is not included in the listed price. The customary range is 15–20% of the base charter rate.
- You are financially responsible for damage caused during your charter, including stains, and may be charged for repairs or replacement.
- Do not bring balloons, glitter, confetti, self-tanning oils, bronzers, temporary hair dye, or wigs onboard.
- Do not bring red wine or other beverages that can stain.
- Do not bring barbecue equipment, hookahs, shisha, or open-flame items, including gas, propane, or charcoal.
- Routes, destinations, and charter duration are subject to weather, maritime regulations, and the captain's discretion.
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure. Late arrival may reduce your charter time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 30 days ahead incur a 50% fee; 30 days or less, 100%. Rescheduling is free more than 30 days ahead, subject to availability; otherwise, $200. If the operator cancels for severe weather, mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, choose free rescheduling or a full refund within 15 business days. No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, no-shows or unused time.
