Important details
- Medical clearance is recommended if you're pregnant and plan to participate in vessel travel or marine activities.
- Bring a valid ID when required.
- Complete and submit the two required documents at least 48 hours before your reservation. Select one captain and one first mate from the lists provided in those documents.
- Complete all digital liability waivers before your reservation date. Incomplete waivers may delay boarding or prevent participation.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances without a lawful prescription, firearms and weapons are prohibited onboard.
- The captain has final authority over routes, destinations, timing and activities. Plans may change because of weather, sea conditions, marine advisories, traffic or operational concerns.
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes require at least 7 days' notice, by 12:00 AM. Requests outside the cancellation window are nonrefundable; no-shows are charged the full price. If the operator cancels for weather or safety, you can reschedule without penalty or cancel for a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Follow security's directions to visitor parking. If you have heavy luggage or equipment, unload at the designated drop-off area before parking. A golf cart transports your group to the yacht.
Bring swimwear, towels, reef-conscious sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a phone or camera. Pack personal medications and motion-sickness medication if needed.
