- Gratuity is not included in the listed price. The customary range is 15–20% of the base charter rate.
- You'll be responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage caused during your charter, including stains from clothing dyes, hair products, drinks, or smoking. These costs are not included in the listed price.
- Do not bring balloons, glitter, confetti, self-tanning oils, bronzers, temporary hair dye, or wigs onboard.
- Do not bring red wine or other staining beverages, barbecue equipment, hookah or shisha equipment, or any open-flame items, including gas, propane, or charcoal.
- Routes, destinations, and charter duration are subject to weather, maritime regulations, and the captain's discretion. The captain determines whether conditions are safe to proceed.
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may reduce your charter time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees: 50% more than 30 days before departure; 100% at 30 days or less. Rescheduling is free more than 30 days ahead, subject to availability; $200 at 30 days or less. If the operator cancels or postpones for severe weather, mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose free rescheduling or a full refund within 15 business days.

Yes, bring your own food and non-staining drinks, including alcohol. Red wine and other staining beverages are prohibited onboard.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a swimsuit and a towel for your charter. Avoid denim or jeans, especially when wet, because the dye can stain the yacht's upholstery.
