Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund on standard dates for groups of 6 or fewer. Holiday periods and multi-boat groups over 6 require 72 hours' notice. Delays of 15 minutes or more may be treated as no-shows without refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to severe weather.
