- Supervise children at all times.
- Pets are not allowed onboard.
- Gratuity is not included in the listed price. Standard tipping is 15–20% of the base charter rate.
- You are responsible for damage caused during your charter, including stains, and may be charged for repairs or replacement.
- Do not bring balloons, glitter, confetti, red wine or other staining beverages onboard.
- Do not use self-tanning oils or bronzers onboard. Temporary hair dye and wigs are not allowed.
- Do not bring barbecue equipment, hookah, shisha or any open-flame items, including gas, propane or charcoal.
- Routes, destinations and charter duration are subject to weather, maritime regulations and the captain’s discretion.
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may reduce your charter time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee: 50% more than 30 days before departure; 100% at 30 days or less. Rescheduling is free more than 30 days ahead, subject to availability; otherwise, a $200 fee applies. If the operator cancels, including for severe weather, choose free rescheduling or a full refund within 15 business days. No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, no-shows or unused time.
