- Gratuity is not included in the listed price. The suggested range is 15–20% of the base charter rate.
- You are responsible for damage caused during your charter, including stains, and may be charged for repair or replacement. These charges are not included in the listed price.
- Do not bring balloons, glitter, confetti, red wine or other staining beverages onboard.
- Do not use self-tanning oils, bronzers or temporary hair dye onboard. Wigs are not allowed.
- Do not bring barbecue equipment, hookahs, shisha or open-flame items, including gas, propane or charcoal.
- Routes, destinations and charter duration are subject to weather, maritime regulations and the captain's discretion.
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure. Late arrival may reduce your charter time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee: 50% more than 30 days ahead; 100% within 30 days. Rescheduling: free more than 30 days ahead, subject to availability; $200 within 30 days. If the operator cancels for severe weather, mechanical issues or unforeseen events, choose free rescheduling or a full refund within 15 business days. No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, no-shows or unused time.
