- Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required for all participants
- A signed waiver is required for every participant; a parent or guardian must sign for minors
- Fennec fox and capybara interactions are limited to ages 7 and up
- Children under 7 may participate with family and interact with age-appropriate animals
- Maintain calm, respectful behavior for the safety of people and animals
- All participants, regardless of age, require a reservation
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
