Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Your reservation will be cancelled if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time; rescheduling is not guaranteed. Experiences can be rebooked if the park closes due to weather or other circumstances, animals are unavailable, or you cannot attend. Animal availability is not guaranteed.
