Important details
- Boating involves risks, including slips, falls and changing sea conditions. Participation means accepting these risks; boarding may be refused for safety concerns.
- Leave explosives, flammables, firearms, weapons, illegal substances and other dangerous items ashore.
- Do not bring boiled lobster. If you bring wine, bring plastic drinking glasses.
- Identify the designated ash-scattering person to the captain.
- Schedules and routes may change because of tides, weather, sea conditions or safety concerns.
- Arrive at the pickup truck 15 minutes before departure, already parked and with all your gear. The boat leaves on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy
Change or cancel free up to 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours, you're responsible for seats that cannot be resold. If the operator cancels, including for weather, you may rebook or receive a full refund. Weather forecasts alone do not necessarily cancel a sailing; the captain decides whether departure is safe.
