Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure; late arrivals may reduce charter time
- A completed insurance waiver is required for every passenger before departure
- A primary member of your party must be age 21 or older
- Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian
- For groups of 7–8 passengers, a designated renter age 21+ must complete a Bareboat Agreement with the captain before departure
- Requires independent boarding or minimal assistance
- Water activities require comfort around water and good general health
- Routes and activities depend on weather, tides, and captain discretion
- Open flames are not permitted onboard, and smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cabin
- Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in denied boarding or early termination without refund
- Fuel for trips with more than 6 passengers is not included and costs $35 per hour
- Captain and crew gratuity is not included; a customary 20% minimum applies if satisfied

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 calendar days before departure for a full refund. Reservations made within 7 calendar days of departure are non-refundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other operator-initiated circumstances.

Complete the required waiver in advance. If your group has 7–8 passengers, the primary renter (age 21+) and the captain must complete the Bareboat Agreement together at the dock before departure.
Bring your own meals and beverages, plus your playlist and decorations. Bring towels, and bring U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)–approved life jackets for infants and toddlers. Do not bring open flames (candles, sparklers, etc.).
