Cancel at least 48 hours before the ride for a full refund. No refunds within 48 hours. Changes require at least 24 hours' notice, are subject to availability, and may incur a fee. Bookings made within 24 hours cannot be changed or refunded. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.
