- Requires walking 1/2 mile over uneven, sometimes slippery ground to reach the viewing area
- Aircraft weight limit is 250 lbs (113 kg) per seat; a $350 per-person surcharge applies at the time of your ride if you exceed it or your group's average weight exceeds it, and is not included in the listed price
- Bring warm layers and any daily medications you need
- Limit scented items and bring no more than one backpack; you must easily carry everything you bring
- Follow your guide's directions and sign a liability waiver before departure
- Weather can delay flights, so avoid scheduling another tour on the same day
- Bear sightings are not guaranteed
- Guide gratuity is not included in the listed price
- Trips require at least 2 participants and may be canceled if that minimum is not met
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 60+ days before your trip for a refund minus a $100 per person non-refundable permit fee. Cancel 30–59 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before are non-refundable. If the operator cancels for any reason, you’ll receive a refund minus the $100 per person permit fee.
