Important details
- Swimming ability and comfort in the water are required
- Lessons require suitable wind and weather conditions, as assessed by management and instructors
- Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled lesson to check in and get geared up
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee; no-shows incur the full cost. If weather requires rescheduling, you'll receive credit for another lesson or store merchandise. Remaining credit can be refunded minus a 50% refund fee if not used for merchandise. Unused lesson credits are valid for one year from purchase.
