Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellation requests at least 48 hours before your lesson; no refunds within 48 hours. Request rescheduling by the day before. Same-day rescheduling is not permitted; exceptions may incur a 50% fee. Late arrivals and no-shows receive no refund or reschedule; approved rescheduling exceptions may incur a 50% fee. Lessons may be rescheduled if wind conditions are unsuitable.
