Important details
- Pets are not allowed on board. Service animals are allowed.
- Fuel surcharges are not included in the listed price and may apply to personalized tours that use more fuel than an average tour. The surcharge depends on the total distance traveled.
- A liability release is required, covering injury or accident risks during the tour and on the boat dock, as well as COVID-19 exposure risks.
- Participation includes consent for your photo or likeness to be used in future tour promotions.
- Smoking is prohibited on board. Alcoholic beverages are allowed only at the captain's discretion.
- Follow the captain's safety instructions and applicable laws. Wearing an offered life jacket is optional.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. A delayed departure may shorten your tour.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling requires notice within 5 days of the trip date. The captain may cancel for weather or operational issues. Charters won't sail with a greater than 50% chance of precipitation, gusty winds, or temperatures below 45°F. Rescheduling will be attempted; deposits for cancelled charters that cannot be rescheduled will be refunded.
