Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees: 50% more than 30 days ahead; 100% within 30 days. Rescheduling: free more than 30 days ahead, subject to availability; $200 within 30 days. If the operator cancels for severe weather, mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, choose free rescheduling or a full refund within 15 business days. No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, early departures or unused time.
