- Check in 30 minutes before departure at the floating office at the end of the wooden pier at Broad Creek Marina, 18 Simmons Road
- Bring your confirmation email and ID to collect tickets
- Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure, and the boat departs no later than its scheduled time
- Missed departures are not refunded or rescheduled
- The captain makes the final decision to cancel for inclement weather based on safety
- A processing fee applies; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
