Cancel 5+ days before departure for a full refund, including add-ons; within 5 days, receive 50%; within 48 hours, no refund. No refund for cancelling a booking rescheduled outside the 5-day window. If your slot is rebooked, receive a full refund. Operator cancellations, including for weather, safety or mechanical issues, receive a full refund.
