- BVI customs fees are $65 cash per person and are not included in the listed price. Bring cash for this charge. Any US Virgin Islands customs fees are also excluded.
- Additional docking or marina fees may apply at certain destinations and are not included in the listed price. Amounts vary by location; you'll settle them at the dock or with the captain during the trip.
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure for luggage loading and boarding.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 72 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours before departure forfeit the 20% deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours incur the full charter fee. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or an opportunity to rebook.
