Important details
- Pets are welcome only if they can sit on your lap at all times.
- Public parking costs extra and is not included in the listed price.
- Children ages 12 and under must wear life jackets on board. Parents or guardians decide whether children ages 13–17 must wear one. Share this life jacket policy with everyone in your group.
- Do not bring hard liquor, red wine, marijuana, marijuana-containing products or illicit drugs. Beer and other wine are allowed.
- If you wear hard-soled shoes or high heels, you'll be required to go barefoot on board.
- If you arrive late, the boat will wait, but your sail will still end at the scheduled finishing time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your charter for a refund minus 10% of the total trip value. No refund within 48 hours or for no-shows. If the captain cancels for inclement weather, you can reschedule or receive a refund. Light rain, clouds, wind and seas do not automatically mean cancellation; only the captain decides.
