Private Barrel Selection: Guided by one of our distillery experts, you’ll sample from five hand-selected 5 year old barrels, each offering a distinct flavor profile. After tasting, you’ll choose the barrel that perfectly matches your desired flavor, making your selection truly unique. Curated Culinary Experience: Top off your day with a specially curated meal featuring locally-inspired cuisine, thoughtfully paired with Rock Town’s signature spirits.
