- Tours are available Sunday through Friday, not Saturdays.
- Do not smoke or vape in the vehicle. Do not take alcohol from the vehicle onto any venue property; outside alcohol at a venue ends the tour for the entire group.
- Treat your driver and others respectfully. Threatening, belligerent or abusive behavior ends the tour for the entire group. Physical abuse also results in police involvement.
- Vehicles have front- and rear-facing cameras. Your photos and videos may be used in the operator's marketing materials.
- Be ready to depart at the scheduled start time. Your driver arrives at least 5 minutes early, and tour time begins at the scheduled start.

Cancellation Policy
Tours run rain or shine unless venues close due to inclement weather. Cancel more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup for your choice of a full refund, rescheduling, or account credit. Cancellations less than 48 hours before scheduled pickup receive a 25% refund of the amount paid.
