- Ages 18+ to book; passengers ages 2+ may ride
- Maximum combined passenger weight: 1,755 lbs. The boat cannot launch if your group exceeds this limit
- Requires boarding the front of the boat via a step ladder
- A North Carolina fishing license is required to fish
- Alcohol is permitted for ages 21+ only
- If you booked, bring your driver's license to show at check-in
- Pets are allowed
- If you booked, bring the credit card used for payment to show at check-in
- Complete the online waiver before checking in; all passengers need a completed waiver
- Children ages 13 and younger must wear life jackets throughout the trip. Wear a life jacket whenever swimming or tubing
- Do not dive from the boat or bring glass bottles or containers
- Keep alcoholic drinks in coolers or ice chests until the charter is underway
- Your feet will get wet when boarding. Wear water shoes or remove your shoes to board
- Arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and loading coolers and supplies

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. You can reschedule without penalty up to the day before your rental, excluding weekends. No-shows cannot reschedule. Afternoon rain and thunderstorms usually pass quickly. Weather may delay or require rescheduling your booking. If your trip is cut short by weather, it will be rescheduled for another day.
