- Sign the waiver before arrival to avoid departure delays. Every member of your party needs a signed waiver; an adult must sign for minors.
- Follow the crew’s safety instructions and wear a life jacket when required. Do not climb or jump on furniture or jump from the stairs. Repeated failure to follow safety instructions may end the tour.
- Use the floating mat only while the boat is anchored, in the designated area and under crew supervision.
- Leave operation of the sound system to the crew.
- Arrive 5 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund, or with 48 hours' notice for a 50% refund. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
