Important details

- You'll be responsible for additional costs for damage or equipment loss caused by misuse.
- Complete the waiver before arrival for everyone in your party. An adult must sign for minors; incomplete waivers may delay departure.
- Follow the crew’s safety instructions and life-jacket requirements. Do not climb or jump on furniture or jump from the stairs. Repeated failure to follow safety instructions may end the trip.
- Use the floating mat only while the boat is anchored, in the designated area under crew supervision.
- Arrive 5 minutes before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations with 48 hours' notice receive a 50% refund. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
