- All ages are welcome. Bring a valid ID if you plan to drink alcohol.
- A 20% service charge applies to food and beverage purchases and is not included in the listed price.
- You'll be responsible for costs arising from damage or removal of property caused by your party, plus any disposal fees for items left behind.
- Print and sign the required terms and conditions waiver.
- Do not bring outside food, catering, or alcoholic beverages aboard. Leftover catering cannot be taken away.
- Do not smoke or vape aboard the boat or on Brunelle's Marina grounds.
- Do not bring confetti, birdseed, or candles, or attach decorations to surfaces with nails, glue, tape, or other adhesives.
- Wait until the captain's safety orientation is complete before moving freely around the boat.
- Remove all your belongings and decorations immediately after the event. Items left behind may be discarded.
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure. Late arrival reduces your cruise time, with no additional time granted.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel, your deposit is nonrefundable. It is transferable only with written notice at least 90 days before your event and if your original date is resold. If the operator cancels, postpones, or relocates your event due to severe weather or other extenuating circumstances, you'll be offered a full refund of deposits paid or credit toward a future event.
