Full refund up to 7 days before departure. Within 7 days, 50% refund or reschedule at no charge. No refund within 24 hours. Weather cancellations are at the captain’s discretion; if the captain cancels, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

Bring appropriate clothing for the forecast. Wear soft-soled shoes in winter and go barefoot in warmer months. Bring lotion-style sunscreen (spray sunscreen cannot be used onboard). If you bring a cooler, use a soft-style cooler if possible.
