Full refund up to 7 days before departure. Within 7 days, 50% refund or reschedule at no charge. No refund within 24 hours. Weather cancellations are at the captain’s discretion; if the captain cancels, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

You can bring your own drinks and use the onboard refrigerator and freezer. The charter includes bottled water and soft drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite).
Bring appropriate clothing for the forecast. Wear soft-soled shoes in winter and go barefoot in warmer months. Bring lotion-style sunscreen (spray sunscreen cannot be used onboard). If you bring a cooler, use a soft-style cooler if possible.
