- Arrive at the scheduled start time. Any delay counts toward your tour time. Without prior notice, arriving more than 30 minutes late is treated as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15 or more days before your tour for a 50% refund. Cancellations 14 days or less before your tour are non-refundable. Date and time changes are not allowed after purchase. The operator is not responsible for delays or termination caused by unsafe winter road conditions.
