Cancellation Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval. The captain decides whether conditions are safe. Extreme or dangerous weather is rescheduled. If conditions are safe but unsuitable for comfort, the event proceeds dockside and you receive 50% of the charter rate. Food and beverage purchases are non-refundable once ordered or prepared.
