Cancellation Policy
All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval. If extreme or dangerous weather prevents safe operation, your charter will be rescheduled. If lake conditions are unsuitable for comfort but safe, the event proceeds dockside and you receive a refund equal to 50% of the charter rate.
