Cancellation Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval. No refunds apply for ordinary weather that does not affect safe operation. If dangerous weather prevents operation, your charter will be rescheduled. If lake conditions are uncomfortable but safe, it proceeds dockside and you receive 50% of the charter rate. Food and beverage purchases are non-refundable once ordered or prepared.
