- Arrive 10 minutes before departure; boarding is not available earlier, and arrivals more than 15 minutes early cannot be accommodated
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except water; food or seafood is allowed with the applicable add-on

- Wheelchair-accessible boarding requires prior notice and is available weekdays before 5 p.m. and weekends before noon, when the neighboring dock is available
- Supervise children at all times; climbing on or leaning over vessel railings and sides is not allowed
- Park by the office and do not use the Caroline County Yacht Club parking lot
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least one week before your cruise. Partial refund for cancellations up to 48 hours before. No refund within 48 hours unless in dire circumstances. If the operator cancels due to weather, choose a reschedule or full refund.

Bring weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, bug spray, and a personal water bottle. Temperatures on the water are typically 10 to 15 degrees cooler than on land.
