- Requires crossing overwater gaps between the dock and boat and navigating a few steps
- Children under 6 must wear a life jacket at all times
- Complete the electronic liability waiver before boarding
- Bring only cans or premixed alcoholic drinks; red wine, hard liquor, and onboard mixed drinks are not allowed
- No high heels, smoking, vaping, drugs, open flames, overboard swimming, or jumping from the vessel
- Arrive before departure; any requested wait time counts toward your cruise time
- You'll be charged for repairs if the onboard toilet is damaged during the charter

Cancellation Policy
Private cruise deposits are non-refundable after booking. Late arrivals receive no refund except for a confirmed medical emergency. Tours operate in light rain; forecasts or less-than-ideal weather are not grounds for cancellation. If the operator cancels due to weather, technical issues, lack of participation, or another issue, choose a free reschedule or full refund. Once the vessel departs, all sales are final.
