- Sign a waiver and review the safety equipment on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. If weather cancels your trip, you'll be rescheduled; if rescheduling isn't possible, you'll receive a refund. No-shows are charged the full price. No refunds once the boat leaves the dock, including early returns due to rowdy behavior, safety concerns, or other reasons.
