Itinerary

1. Arrival & Setup (30-45 mins before class starts) - your bartender will arrive and greet your group. They will then start preparing for the class by setting up the instruction space and prepping ingredients
2. Welcome & Introduction (10 mins) - your bartender will give you a brief overview of the experience, what makes a great cocktail, and teach about some bartending basics
3. Cocktail Instruction (~25 minutes per cocktail) - your bartender will talk through the origins of the cocktail, its ingredients, and how to make it. This is interactive so follow along and start mixing!
4. Wrap Up (5 mins) - your bartender will answer any remaining questions and offer bonus recipes or take-home tips. If time allows, they make more drinks for the group using leftover ingredients!
5. Cleanup & Departure (45 mins) - your bartender will need to clean up the instruction area as well as bar tools! Please make sure you have a sink available for this!

• Supply the alcohol, mixers, garnishes and ice needed for your recipes; these are not included in the listed price. Follow the shopping list's alcohol types and quantities so the planned cocktails can be made.
• Your venue must permit outside vendors. You are responsible for any required permits and compliance with local rules, including liquor-license requirements.
• Service is not available at hotels. Community spaces must be reserved.
• Provide a cocktail-making area, such as a large kitchen island or dining table, and a sink for cleanup.
• The service terms include an assumption-of-risk and liability release, along with permission for the operator to capture and use images or recordings of your event.
