- Arrive 15 minutes before departure
- Complete the required insurance waiver for every passenger before departure; adults complete it for minors
- For groups of 7–8 passengers, captain fees of $65 per hour and fuel charges of $35 per hour are not included and are charged to your credit card at the dock before departure
- A suggested 20% captain and crew gratuity is not included
- Bring a USCG-approved life jacket for each infant or toddler
- Ages 16+ need a 3-day non-resident fishing license for any fishing activity; it costs $17
- Expect itineraries and activities to change for weather, sea conditions, tides, or safety

Cancellation Policy
Reservations made within 7 calendar days of departure are non-refundable. Cancel more than 7 calendar days before departure for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other operator-initiated circumstances.
FAQs
Yes. For trips up to 6 passengers, each passenger must complete an insurance waiver (adults complete it for minors). For groups with a 7th or 8th passenger, the primary renter (age 21+) and the captain complete a bareboat agreement together at the dock before departure.
If your group has 7–8 passengers, your booking does not include a captain fee of $65 per hour and a fuel charge of $35 per hour; you pay both to the captain at the dock before departure. A suggested 20% tip is also not included. Fishing trips also require bait and chum at cost, paid before departure.
Bring towels and any meals or beverages you want. If you’re bringing an infant or toddler, bring a U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)-approved life jacket.
