- Park entry is not included in the listed price. Entry costs $20 per adult ages 16+ and is valid for seven days. Golden Age Passes and Interagency Park Passes are accepted.
- Some pickup locations outside the normal pickup radius incur a $100 fee, not included in the listed price.
- Guide gratuity is not included in the listed price. A cash tip of 10–15% of the tour price is recommended and expected.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the tour incur a 50% charge. Within 48 hours, the full tour price is charged. Tours operate in adverse weather when conditions are deemed safe for travel; the operator makes the final decision.
