River Road Park and Oak Island are tide-dependent. The Basin at Fort Fisher depends more on favorable tides and wind than the river locations. Wrightsville Beach has minimal tidal limitations, but more recreational boat traffic.
Riverlights has free parking and nearby restaurants and coffee shops. River Road Park has free parking, restrooms, and changing facilities. Oak Island has restrooms, outdoor showers, and nearby restaurants.
A wetsuit is recommended for your eFoil lesson during colder months, but it is not included.
