Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. If the operator cancels for weather or operational reasons, you'll receive a gift certificate to reschedule. If you're visiting from out of state and cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.
