Important details
- All ages welcome.
- Complete a liability waiver for every person before the day of the tour. A guardian must sign for minors. You cannot participate without a completed waiver.
- Pets and other outside animals are not allowed on the tour. Service dogs are allowed but cannot enter animal enclosures. Any other animal must stay in your vehicle with someone; otherwise, you cannot participate.
- Wear closed-toe shoes to enter animal areas. Sandals, flip-flops, and other open-toed shoes are not permitted in these areas.
- Bring your own water bottles for everyone in your party.
- Animal interactions depend on the animals' routines and availability; individual animals may not be available during your visit.

Cancellation Policy
