- If excessive drinking makes you unsafe or disruptive, you'll be returned to the starting point and required to leave without a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before your trip for a full deposit refund; under 14 days, your deposit is forfeited. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows may incur a charge of half the remaining balance. Trips canceled for bad weather or boat malfunction receive a full deposit refund. For bad weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if no suitable date is available, your deposit is refunded.
