- Access to the stables involves about 100 feet of travel over grass from the party area; the party area and bathrooms have accessible access
- Supervise your child and the children in your party throughout the visit; the host leads activities but cannot watch every child
- Leave alcohol, confetti, glitter and sequin table decorations at home
- Farm animal activities carry inherent risks of injury. North Carolina law limits the farm's liability for injuries or death resulting from those inherent risks

Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is not guaranteed; if you cannot reschedule or accept future-party credit, you forfeit it. Parties run in rain; a severe forecast gives you the option to reschedule. If the operator cancels for weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.

Yes, you can add up to 10 more participating children. Additional children cost $10 each, settled on the day based on final attendance and not included in the listed price. Adults and infants under 12 months do not count toward the child headcount.
Yes, bring your own cake, food and nonalcoholic drinks for your farm party. There is no cooking or food-preparation area, but you can plug in food warmers or slow cookers. Refrigerator and freezer space is limited, so bring a cooler with ice, plus serving utensils and partyware. Food delivery is not available at the farm.
Use the large central table for cake and food, plus four wooden picnic tables for seating under the covered shelter. Additional large folding tables are available. Bring tablecloths if you want to cover the tables.
