Guests aged 16 and older are required to hold a valid Washington, D.C. fishing license. All fishing is strictly catch-and-release, and smoking or the use of federally controlled substances is not permitted onboard. Trips may be delayed, modified, or canceled in the interest of safety due to conditions such as rainfall of 0.08 inches or more, winds exceeding 20 knots (23 mph), waves over 3 feet, or other factors as determined at the captain’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before. 50% refund if you cancel 14–8 days before. No refund if you cancel 8 days or less before. Full refund if the captain cancels due to weather (per weather policy).
