- Trips continue in rain or a slight chance of thunderstorms; the captain determines weather cancellations
- Alcohol is allowed, but intoxication can end the trip without a refund
- Drugs, cannabis products, and bananas are prohibited onboard
- Coolers are limited to six small-to-medium coolers up to 50 quarts, or three large coolers from 51 to 150 quarts per group; no empty coolers

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel after paying the deposit, the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled charter, you are responsible for 100% of the charter price. If the captain cancels, your deposit will be refunded.
