Cancel with 48 hours' notice for a full refund; 24 hours' notice gives a half refund. No-shows are charged the full price. No refund if you end the trip early. Unsafe weather, including lightning, high winds or rough water, may prompt the guide to reschedule or cancel; you'll receive a full refund if not rescheduled. Other unforeseen operator cancellations receive a full refund or credit.
